Wikipedia states: A leak-down tester is a measuring instrument used to determine the condition of internal combustion engines by introducing compressed air into the cylinder and measuring the rate at which it leaks out... Leakages over 20% generally indicate internal repairs are required. Racing engines would be in the 1-10% range for top performance.
The leak down test was performed on VIN CF12681 June of 2018 after sitting for 6 months without starting the engine.
The following set of photos illustrate the 2018 leak down test results:
The leak down tester output is disconnected. This illustrates what 0 percent leak down should look like
The leak down tester output is connected to an open valve. This illustrates what 100 percent leak down should look like
Cylinder 1 test - leak down is zero
Cylinder 2 test - leak down is zero
Cylinder 3 test - leak down is zero
Cylinder 4 test - leak down is zero
Cylinder 5 test - leak down is zero
Cylinder 6 test - leak down is zero
Net result is that all cylinders have zero percent leakdown
